Job Description Summary:
This role will support the development of marketing strategy and 360 degree marketing activities, while ensuring seamless execution in collaboration with the related department. In addition, the position will support the management of marketing assets to support global expansion and empower local subsidiaries.Job Description:
1. Brand Experience Strategy & Execution Support
- Support the development and execution of product-driven Brand Identity, Brand Positioning, and Brand Architecture initiatives.
- Assist in defining and maintaining the brand’s Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and Point of Difference (POD).
- Help maintain Brand Tone & Manner, Visual & Verbal Guidelines across all consumer-facing touchpoints.
- Provide executional support and alignment coordination for IVY Marketing and Creative Teams.
- Support management of the brand’s digital presence to ensure consistency across social, website, email, and marketing channels.
- Assist with customer engagement initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, community growth, and online engagement.
- Support TikTok Shop initiatives, affiliate programs, live commerce activities, and creator commerce opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to drive conversion through social commerce ecosystems.
- Analyze paid and organic campaign performance.
2. Campaign, Content & Digital Marketing
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across domestic and global markets.
- Create and manage content calendars aligned with product launches, campaign initiatives, retail moments, and seasonal priorities.
- Assist in planning and coordinating Online Feature Content, Product Detail Pages (PDP), website content, and digital marketing assets.
- Support social media growth strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Coordinate product seeding, influencer partnerships, creator communications, User Generated Content (UGC) initiatives, social buzz generation and PR gifting support.
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencers and creators aligned with brand positioning.
- Monitor influencer performance and optimize creator investment based on ROI and earned media value.
- Work closely with content creators, agencies, freelancers, and creative teams to execute marketing campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Support email marketing initiatives including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Assist in maintaining website content, landing pages, SEO updates, and campaign integration across digital channels.
3. Marketing Asset & Channel Coordination
- Support the operation and organization of the Domestic & Global Marketing Asset Portal.
- Coordinate marketing asset distribution and support for IVY Marketing and global subsidiaries.
- Assist in building and updating Global Marketing Toolkits to support localized market execution.
- Help manage and organize marketing assets including imagery, video, copy, email creatives, and digital content.
- Support paid digital marketing initiatives across Meta, TikTok, Google, and retail media platforms in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
4. Business Support, Performance & Market Insights
- Develop and execute product launch strategies from pre-launch teaser through launch and post-launch amplification.
- Support global teams by helping align brand initiatives with local market needs to strengthen brand presence and business growth.
- Assist in adapting product messaging, campaign materials, and marketing tools for regional relevance.
- Coordinate with HQ and regional teams to support timely execution and rollout of brand initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, social media analytics, website traffic, engagement metrics, and marketing KPIs.
- Assist in preparing performance reports and identifying optimization opportunities based on campaign and channel insights.
- Assist in building launch calendars and integrated marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives.
- Help track Brand KPI performance including Brand Awareness, Engagement, Community Growth, and Campaign ROI.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product Planning, Design, Sales, E-Commerce, and cross-functional teams to support cohesive brand execution across all touchpoints.
- Assist in ensuring alignment between brand strategy, digital execution, and commercial objectives.
- Support day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, social media, or related roles, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or consumer brands.
- Preferred if applicant is fluent in Portuguese
- Proven experience supporting social media management, content development, and digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, audience insights, KPI tracking, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Shopify, Sprout Social, or similar tools is preferred.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, Google, and emerging social commerce platforms.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, agencies, or external partners is preferred.
- Interest in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, and digital culture trends is highly preferred.

22.75 - 44.50 USD HourlyActual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
