Job description
We are looking for someone who is our command central.
You will be performing a wide range of administrative duties, including producing, editing and reformatting documents; employee front-line support; travel management, and payroll support.
You'll also respond tactfully and promptly to inquiries and problems within your scope of established authority. You'll also provide HR data management, candidate management and support to our recruiting staff. This opportunity also involves using your computer skills to create high quality graphic and text presentations.
We are looking for an innovative thinker.
This roles requires you to notice what needs to be improved and how processes could be better and then use your skills to execute the changes.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 3 years' experience as an administrative assistant in a professional business environment
- Intermediate to Advanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Experience creating high-quality presentations and reports is strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail
