With support of manager or technical lead, design and conduct experiments/studies independently and analyze data. Identify unexpected results or errors and participate in the investigation and troubleshooting to identify root cause and corrective action. Document all experiments in Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) for traceability and future reference. Must be proficient in running the ARCHITECT instrument and company ELN documentation practices. Must be trained in handling of potentially biohazardous materials (eg hepatitis/HIV specimens).
