Positive Certify Scientist 5909

Perform development, validation and sample analysis assays, for drugs and antibodies to drugs, from biological samples, for projects according to prescribed procedures and practices as well as project directives.  Perform ELISAs and advanced technologies (including but not limited to technologies such as Biocore, Luminex, MesoScale, robotics, automaton etc.

 

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Natural Science AND relevant experience
• Knowledge of development and validation of ligand and antibody based binding assays, and sample extraction procedures, including relevant scientific theory as applicable. 
• Basic understanding of statistics and relevant technologies are necessary. 
• Good understanding of GLP guidelines
• Posess adequate analytical skills to perform routine job functions independently. 
• General analytical laboratory skills including use of pipettes, centrifuges, incubator and plate washer, plate reader, balances, pH meter, etc. 
• Ability to apply basic laboratory math skills required. 
• Basic understanding of Watson and ability to set up runs is desired. 
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Excel, and Word) are required. 
• Attention to detail is required.
