Job description

The Marketing Executive is responsible for implementing marketing strategies and activity plans.  This role involves a blend of creativity and analytical ability to reach the set objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing plan: prepares yearly/monthly plan based on brands strategies

• Reports: prepares regular reports to track the brands performance

• Market analysis and competitive research: monitors market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and threats

• Demand planning: handles orders and stock management

• Coordination with:

  • Principals: conducts regular meetings and prepares regular reports outlining the brands performance. Prepares business reviews.
  • Logistics department: follows up on orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Sales team/trade marketing: collaborates closely with the trade marketing and the sales team to achieve targets and implement activity plans
  • Finance department: monitors the A&P, the margins and the value chain of the brands

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field

• Proven experience in a similar role (2 to 4 years)

• Strong knowledge of marketing techniques and principles

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (excel and power point)

• Proficient in Arabic and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Work Environment: This role typically works in an office environment but may also require regular trade visits
