Job description
- Work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement to our different products.
- Perform Market Studies.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Develop Use Cases.
- Develop Mockups and Modelling Diagrams.
- Ensure solutions that meet business needs and requirements.
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in software solutions design (use cases, diagrams, mockups...)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Proven experience in the analysis and design of large-scale / complex software solutions.
- Relevant experience in multiple software solutions / industries.
