Job description

Procurement and Supplier Management:

  • Prepare the buying budget for each season in collaboration with buyers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers.
  • Follow up with suppliers on purchase orders, re-orders, order confirmations, and invoices.
  • coordinate re-orders with suppliers.
  • Coordinate the necessary documents for shipping and delivery.
  • Prepare necessary payments based on delivery dates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts

Brand Growth & Leadership:

  • Research consumer markets, track trends, and identify investment opportunities.
  • Manage media campaigns across diverse advertising channels in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Maximize team potential through recruitment, training, motivation, and evaluation.
  • Provide guidance and support to shop managers and staff.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Establish procedures and job descriptions

Shipping & Logistics:

  • Resolve document discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain shipping-related tables and schedules.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders for goods dispatch and clearance.
  • Track shipments and facilitate customs procedures.
  • Obtain freight quotations and select the best offers.
  • Coordinate insurance policies for shipments.
  • Maintain records of damages, missing items, and supplier credit notes.

Proven experience in logistics

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
