Project manager with Gaming Product management experience

Project Manager: Works with program directors and program managers to execute approved projects.

Defines scope of project – specific and signed off from business owner

• Defines roles and responsibilities - Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

• Determine the correct tools to be used and for what purpose
• Clarity
• Sharepoint
• Rally
• Issue / Risk Management
• Project Planning and Estimates
• Based on the methodology selected, work with the team to develop a plan that includes dependencies, assignments, milestones, and slack time
• Create ETCs based on work that needs to be done
• This information must be used to create tasks and assignments in Clarity
• Work with the Program Manager to keep current
• Manages day to day operation aspects of a project and scope
• Owns ETC and manages resources indirectly to meeting agreed upon and assigned timelines
• Follows up/coordinates all meetings – holds status meetings
• Status reporting
• Challenges project team and business owner
• Owns and manages budget
• Critical path - Task Management – communicate tasks
• Deep understanding of the detailed technical and functional design
• Experience with gaming product management experience, knowledge about legal practices as applicable to project management area.
