Associate Production Coordinator

Job Title: Associate Production Coordinator - Consumer Web Publishing

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 3 Months

Client is looking for only W2 contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Help coordinate the publishing process from start to finish
• Accountable for assigned website areas for any redesign or changes
• Effectively anticipates problems, generates and analyzes solutions
• Provide solutions to publishers to effectively utilize the site
• Work with our Producers and coding resources to balance workload and keep deadlines
• Liaise with Editorial stakeholders in conjunction with Producers
• Code articles in HTML for posting via content management platform as needed
• Thoroughly QA articles for accuracy, adherence to specs, and compatibility on all supported platforms
• Track and report on monthly volumes

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years' professional experience, with majority in Web production and publishing
• Must be exceptionally well-organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of web development processes and web standards and experience using a CMS
• Working knowledge of HTML, content management systems, image processing, and other current web technologies

Desired (not required) Skills:

• Experience managing clients Consumer portal experience

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, Communications, or Journalism highly preferred or equivalent experience
