Senior Production and Maintenance Supervisor

To supervise day-to-day production & maintenance activities to achieve the desired product quality, productivity and maintenance department.

1. Main Tasks

• To organize and allocate manpower for production
• To ensure plants are operated at optimal level with minimal down time
• To ensure production records are properly filled in and maintained for every batch
• To ensure QC samples are sent from plant to laboratory at required intervals for testing purposes
• To check all incoming raw and packaging materials to ensure both the quantities and qualities are in order
• To keep QC retained samples as per Lab requirement
• To assist in plant repair and maintenance
• To maintain good housekeeping of the plant
• To ensure EHS compliance as per Sika policy
• Ensure day-to-day maintenance department work plans are carried out and machines run smoothly
• Ensure plants well-kept by following the plant maintenance plan.
• Ensure implement ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015.
• Ensure all safety process procedure are implement and practice.

• Any other tasks assigned from time to time

c.     Security

• Maintain Sika information with appropriate secrecy and adhere to policies regarding confidential information
• Always maintain confidentiality of formulation

• Preferably Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical or any Engineering discipline

• At least 5 years’ working experience, preferably in manufacturing environment in cementing mix plant and knowledge of repair automation in electro-mechanic.
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Good communication skill in English or Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess good leadership
• Computer literate
