Account Executive - Client Services
The role:
The Account Executive role will sit within the Client Services function and its focus is to support the team with the coordination and administration of this international piece of business.
This role will support the Account Director and Senior Account Manager running the account by delivering all account management and client services activity across the multiple brands.
This includes having positive working relationships with internal shared service teams (Ingest, Asset Management, Production, Creative, Transcreation, VO, and Business Affairs) producing all client work.
Responsibilities:
Account and Financial Management
- Communicate effectively and regularly with AD, SAM, and all internal shared service teams
- Supporting the AD and SAM with the administrative tasks of the account:
- Ensure invoicing is accurate and prompt for all work completed for the client
- Follow up with the relevant teams where jobs are past material dates and not yet dispatched/invoiced
- Proactively manage and follow up with clients on aged debt
- Setting up new clients/agencies and suppliers in the system
- Completing Affiliate Agreements with local clients/OpCos
- Working on monthly reports and presentations – WIP reports, YTD Spend Data, Client Orders and Downloads, Expenses and Master Deliver and Re-supply reports
Project Management and Client Development
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business
- Day to day responsibility for managing projects
- Assist SAM in managing client expectations in relation to project objectives, timelines and budgets
- Interpreting and consolidating of client briefs and feedbacks
- Briefing projects in to the internal teams
- Ensuring all output meets client requirements, has been through QC and is approved before release to the client
- To use the Tag technology, CMD v4 and v5, to manage internal procedures and all elements of the client processes
- Working closely with the Asset Management team by supporting with master delivery of new campaigns, including all master files, metadata and usage rights

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in integrated production (broadcast, digital, print) is preferable
- An outgoing, positive team player
- Good IT skills: Excel & PowerPoint to medium-advanced level
- Good analytical and numerical skills - finance acumen
- Strong client facing and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal/communication skills, capable of working well with peers in other teams
- Proactive and can-do approach
- Committed to high-quality output and service, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
- Able to handle challenging situations and act appropriately
- Ability to take on board feedback and listen to those around you
- Multi-lingual is preferable
