The Account Executive, Sourcing is responsible for consultative engagement with customers and acts on their behalf to deliver on all matters relating to print sourcing and campaign management services. The primary focus of this role will be to deliver exceptional customer services, provide early consultation on specifications, alternative formats and associated cost analysis to inform business decisions. Requests for quotations will be processed in a responsive manner and clients will be updated regularly on the progress of their work. The Account Executive, Sourcing will be provided with a comprehensive set of guidelines for each client engagement, It is the responsibility of the Account Executive, Sourcing to apply these principles to each transaction to reach a positive outcome. Working in conjunction with the central procurement team and supplied strategy, select the most appropriate supplier, negotiate costing and time-scales for each job ensuring benchmark performance is in line with targets and that internal procedures are followed at all times. Project milestones will be processed in the most efficient manner and adhere to client key performance measures..
