Job Description:
- This position will focus on Client required remediation tasks (PC renames, PC refreshes).
- The incumbent efficiently and effectively satisfies user requests and solves their problems while ensuring that departmental processes and quality standards are maintained.
- Follow-through and internal customer satisfaction are key success factor.
Qualifications:
- The Service Desk Technician has one year in a service desk environment. A+ certification is beneficial. Strong familiarity with MS Office 2010 - 2016 and Windows 7 - 10 required.
- May be required to travel to other facilities to provide staff augmentation or support.
- May be requiredto perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Skills:
- Knowledge of computer systems administration and/or programming theory, principles and practices
- Knowledge of computer networks, network administration and network installation
- MS Office
- Customer support focus
- Ability to be decisive, goals-oriented, and capable of independent decision-making
- Excellent written, verbal and consultative communication skills with the ability to successfully
- Interpret and communicate business needs between internal and external groups in a clear, focused and concise manner
