DESKSIDE SUPPORT

Job Title: Deskside Support Representative Distributed Client Services Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 1 year (with possible extension)

· Candidates should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets, configure and install common applications and install/remove desktop PCs and monitors.

· Remote take-over skills a plus. Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients.

· Outlook PST files.

· Candidates should have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various local sites. Work is done at customer locations, paid for mileage .
