Rochester Regional Health is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and mission-driven Geriatric Medicine physician to join our nationally recognized Unity Geriatric Associates team in Rochester, New York. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with fellowship training in Geriatrics who is passionate about caring for older adults across the continuum of care.

At Unity Geriatric Associates, you will work alongside an experienced and highly collaborative team of 11 physicians and more than 30 Advanced Practice Providers dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care for older adults.
This role offers the unique opportunity to practice across multiple care settings, including:
Outpatient office-based geriatrics
Inpatient hospital consultative care
Skilled nursing facility coverage
Assisted living and long-term care settings

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant.
