Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support commercial and cost management activities across a complex, large scale infrastructure programme.
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying and commercial management on similar design and or construction projects
Proven experience in cost estimation, contract administration, and financial control
Strong knowledge of measurement standards, valuation processes, and commercial practices
Ability to manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and interim payments
Experience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is highly desirable
Middle East, particularly UAE experience, is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
Manage measurement, valuation, and certification of works
Assess and negotiate variations, claims, and final accounts
Monitor project costs against budgets and forecasts
Administer subcontractor agreements and payment processes
Support commercial reporting and financial control activities
Liaise with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders on commercial matters
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
