Job description

This role is to manage a small team and our InterpretersLive! service

How you’ll make an impact

  • Develop a solid, trusting and professional relationship with our video clients and Interpreters
  • Provide technical and other support to Interpreters and clients
  • Organise resource to deliver our on-demand service effectively and efficiently
  • Experience in reporting software and informative client MI reporting
  • Client and contract management
  • Respond in a timely manner to requests for support from various simultaneous communication channels
  • Review and reporting service utilisation to plan for resource requirements
  • Understand and meet the diverse needs of our clients and Interpreters
  • Oversee platform development relationships/roadmap
  • Implementation and set up of InterpretersLive! Clients

Experience you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in an operational role
  • Willingness to be office based in Redditch
  •  British Sign Language skills (Preferred/not mandatory)
  • Understanding of the platform to provide customer and interpreter support
  • Excellent communication skills whilst maintaining professional boundaries
  • Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time/team efficiently
  • Team player
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • Experience of Power BI and excel
  • Resilience in fast paced environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills

Salary & Benefits

Salary dependant on experience £30,000 - £35,000

  • 37.5 hour week Monday - Friday
