Serve as SME/Super User for the MRO item setup process tool; support troubleshooting, enhancement requests, and adoption. Create and deliver training on MRO requirements, processes, and tools; build capability across the enterprise and develop backup coverage. Act as the business + system liaison for MRO data (e.g., help desk tickets, problem-solving, escalations, system updates, and testing). Support rollouts of new functionality, configurations, capabilities, and reports within Infor EAM in partnership with sites and the enterprise team. Support the MRO upload utility to efficiently upload vendor/manufacturer/parts information and related item details. Support onboarding steps for new employees using SailPoint (as applicable to process access). Must be able to respond remotely to off-hour technical or data support using PCB-issued technology and software. Preferred Experience Experience in MRO and Maintenance strongly preferred.
