Candidates can be considered to work from the following locations: Gurugram, India About the Job: Jobs requires strong knowledge and experience in Order Life Cycle (Q2C) specially for Distribution orders and Ecommerce. This includes knowledge of various sub processes which contribute to completion of the cycle such as Quote Request and Generation, Order Creation, Product Life Cycle, Invoicing and Revenue Recognition . Will also include transaction processing within the SLAs of TAT and accuracy. Responsibilities The Primary Job Responsibility includes thorough understanding of order acceptance policy, create quote using Configure, Price, Quote functionality in salesforce and converting Quote into Orders. Adhering to Keysight compliance policy before booking distribution. End to end process management includes creation of documents, dealing with partners, escalation management and coordinating with process leads to closing all open cases. Processing includes working with representatives of sales organization, Factories, Planners, Customer service, portal management, IT team, CCC etc. Dealing with requestors/ partners for any clarifications/additional details & other teams whose inputs are needed to process the requests. Keeping track of the 'In Progress' requests till they are finally converted into a Sales Order/ revenue. Job Responsibility would include (not limited to) Order Entry, Request Management, Scheduling deliveries and coordination with Factories/ logistics team Requests management through emails and portals, updating SSDs and closing actions Managing Salesforce Queue through CCC/ request creation, updating comments and closing with exact status quo Ensure that the SLAs for the process are met consistently and any gaps expected are highlighted well in advance by the Process Owner/Manager. Strong control over process to maintain 5.99 sigma- any deviation is reported immediately to process manager/ owner along with RCA. Business controls like Cockpit management and understanding of Revenue Management is added advantage for this role. Conducting working calls with partners for daily operations and resolutions independently Work as SME to support projects impacting this process area through anticipating problems, recommending solutions, and driving the established plans to closure. Month end extended support is expected as per business requirements. Skills Required Requires previous experience of working on an ERP platform (preferable Oracle Order Management, Salesforce) Excellent verbal/written Communication Skills to coordinates with partners/ customers globally. Understanding and experience of Quality Concepts (Lean or Six Sigma) is added advantage Strong Knowledge of MS Excel and other Office tools. Good Analytical Skills to understand customers' requirements and translate into Order Requirements Ability to drive operational goals independently with least supervision. Good Team Player as the Job requires working closely with other team members. Ability to manage multiple portfolios and flexibility to move between the same. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Commerce Full time Graduates will be preferred. Must have Experience of 5-6 years in the O2C, Q2C areas Must have experience in independent Partner management and Business calls. Relevant experience of International Business calls.
