Holladay Park Plaza is seeking an experienced Residential Care Facility (RCF) Administrator to lead and support our Residential Care team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. Holladay Park Plaza, part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful, not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of Portland’s Lloyd District. We proudly support up to 36 Residential Care residents and more than 200 Independent Living residents. What You’ll Be Doing As the RCF Administrator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Residential Care Facility while fostering a culture of quality, compliance, and compassion. Conduct and document resident assessments Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their representatives through regular communication Play an active role in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance support to help staff thrive Maintain accurate resident charts in accordance with medical record standards Ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies Perform other duties as needed to support community operations This role includes on-call availability outside of regular business hours as needed.
