Graduate Program 2026 - Investments & Banking (m/f/x) in Munich

Our Graduate Program - Investments & Banking is designed to provide graduates with a comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry within a dynamic and regulated environment. This unique program strategically combines practical experience across various business and control functions, fostering a holistic perspective on the company's operations. Its goal? To develop future leaders and operators through on-the-job training alongside experienced leaders. 

Our next cohort starts on 01 October 2026. Four rotations, each lasting six months, ensure broad exposure and in-depth learning across various areas of the business. 

• Two rotations will be within Business functions such as Finance, Operations, Product, Marketing or the CEO Office, offering insights into core operational aspects and decision-making. 
• Two rotations will be within Control Functions, including areas such as Risk Management, Anti-Money Laundering, and Compliance, providing relevant knowledge of regulatory frameworks and internal governance. 

This approach equips graduates with a well-rounded understanding of both business operations and risk mitigation. The Program further offers:

• Ongoing support, guidance, and regular check-ins from both a dedicated program manager and a mentor.
• Access to a wide range of development sessions, including workshops, training sessions, and practical opportunities to develop leadership capabilities.
• Cohort events for peer networking including events with our senior leadership.
• The knowledge and skills for a wide range of career opportunities at Scalable after the program.
   

• You successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data, Mathematics or equivalent studies.
• You previously gained relevant work experience during internships in the financial sector, a consultancy or a fast growing startup.
• You have strong analytical thinking and leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision-making.
• You thrive in a fast paced environment, navigate ambiguity and go the extra mile.
• You are solution-oriented and think outside the box, while paying attention to detail.
• You are proactive, take ownership and have a team-oriented work attitude.
• You have a strong interest in investing and digital products.
• You have a high level of adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
