WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Main challenge
Drive high-quality video content production to support game marketing and user acquisition efforts. This role is key to elevating creative output, ensuring consistency with brand/IP guidelines, and adapting quickly to performance-driven marketing needs across multiple platforms.
What it means on a daily basis
- Produce end-to-end video content (concept → editing → final delivery) for game marketing campaigns
- Create and integrate 3D assets (scenes, models, animations) into video materials
- Capture and edit in-game footage, optimizing videos for different platforms (social, web, ads)
- Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, legal, licensors) to iterate based on feedback
- Monitor video performance and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and results

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Strong expertise in video editing, motion design, and content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe tools (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Good knowledge of 3D software (Blender, 3DS Max, Maya, etc.)
- Understanding of 3D rendering, animation, and processing
- Ability to manage full video production lifecycle independently
- Knowledge of video formats, compression, and platform optimization
- Having ability to communicate in English
