We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Customs Brokerage Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring the smooth and compliant clearance of shipments. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating customs documentation, supporting import and export processes, and providing efficient service to both internal and external customers. Core Duties & Responsibilities:
To document shipments, process, and send completed documents to customers.
To process export declaration documentation.
To prepare Customs entries in ASYCUDA.
To prepare disbursement accounts for principals
To coordinate the trucking and delivery of Cargo.
To maintain and file customs documentation.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills required:
At least five (5) CXC passes, including English Language and Mathematics.
Must have at least two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
Must be knowledgeable in ASYCUDA World and any other Customs Brokerage
related Brokerage related programs.
Must have a valid driver's license.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately,
manage competing priorities and deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
An exceptional work ethic, energy and drive.
Excellent focus, attention to detail, and follow-through skills.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, computer, and numerical skills.
Must be able to work according to flexible work schedules.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
