We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Customs Brokerage Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring the smooth and compliant clearance of shipments. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating customs documentation, supporting import and export processes, and providing efficient service to both internal and external customers. Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• To document shipments, process, and send completed documents to customers.

• To process export declaration documentation.

• To prepare Customs entries in ASYCUDA.

• To prepare disbursement accounts for principals

• To coordinate the trucking and delivery of Cargo.

• To maintain and file customs documentation.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills required:

• At least five (5) CXC passes, including English Language and Mathematics.

• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in a similar role.

• Must be knowledgeable in ASYCUDA World and any other Customs Brokerage

• related Brokerage related programs.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately,

• manage competing priorities and deadlines and remain calm under pressure. 

• An exceptional work ethic, energy and drive.

• Excellent focus, attention to detail, and follow-through skills.

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, computer, and numerical skills.

• Must be able to work according to flexible work schedules.

• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
