What you'll need:
- Curiosity: You’re interested in how people shop, what influences decisions, and how businesses grow—always asking questions and seeking to understand the bigger picture.
- Commercial Thinking: You have an awareness of how brands drive revenue and are motivated by creating work that delivers measurable impact.
- Collaboration: You enjoy working across different teams and disciplines, bringing together perspectives from strategy, creative, and technology.
What you'll learn:
- End-to-end commerce understanding: From strategy and consultancy through to CX, platforms, shopper marketing, and activation.
- Data-driven decision making: How to use insights, performance data, and analytics to inform ideas and optimise outcomes.
- Platform and ecosystem knowledge: Experience working with enterprise tools, commerce platforms, and integrated systems that power modern customer experiences.
