The Community Manager is the voice and advocate for our clients within the social media landscape. This role requires a highly motivated and digitally savvy individual with a passion for social media, a deep understanding of online communities, and exceptional communication skills. The Community Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing online communities, fostering engagement, and monitoring brand reputation across various platforms

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct social listening and competitive analysis to inform strategy development.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media platform updates, algorithms, and advertising policies.

Content Creation & Curation:

  • Create engaging, platform-specific content (text, images, videos) that sparks conversation and drives community growth.
  • Curate relevant content from other sources to share with the community.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing.

Community Management & Engagement:

  • Manage and moderate online communities, responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive community environment.
  • Proactively engage with community members and build relationships.
  • Identify and nurture brand advocates and influencers.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compile regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics and insights.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing social media strategy.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution and achieve client goals.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing insights and recommendations on social media strategy
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders on social media performance and strategy.

Reputation Management:

  • Proactively identify and manage potential online reputation issues.
  • Respond to negative comments and feedback in a professional and constructive manner.

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media communities for brands, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of social media tone and voice.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools.
  • Experience with social listening and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
