Job description

  • 6 Month part- time, fixed-term contract based at out Mascot Campus

The Resource Administrator is responsible for the validation of day of operations time stamping related to employee work hours within the Groundstar application. This role will action employee payroll enquiries and process daily shift variations within the prescribed operating guidelines and timeframes.

You’ll have –

  • Sound general office and administrative support skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent oral and written communications with proven time management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work as a part of a team.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Office
  • The ability to navigate IT systems efficiently and modify data.
  • Experience using Groundstar desirable.
  • Actioning daily employee shift variations by identifying and resolving discrepancies, within operating guidelines.
  • Processing data queries from payroll and ensuring data is received by payroll within prescribed timeframes.
  • Highly developed problem solving, planning and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work and make decisions under daily operational pressures and ensure business objectives are met.
