Job description

Role purpose :

  • Delivering sale budget
  • Developing new variety and market

Accountabilities :

  • Forecasting accuracy & inventory management.
  • Defining & prioritizing right targeted crops / region.
  • Designing crop campaign plans and deliver to sales team.
  • Monitoring campaign activities to ensure campaign running successfully.
  • Supporting trial team to select new varieties.
  • Conducting commercial demo to launch new variety.

Critical success factors & key challenges :

  • Deep understand seed business and vegs value chain.
  • Good relationship with farmer, collector and whole sellers.

Critical knowledge :

  • Agronomy knowledge

Critical experience :

  • At least 3 years working experience in a similar function.
  • Learn, support and exchange experiences to other colleagues.
  • Ready to take the challenges and opportunities to grow.

Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities :

  • Good self-organizational skills

Critical leadership capabilities :

  • Team management
