Job description

Summary: This position is responsible for monthly account analysis, timely processing of expense reports, and support with general accounting functions.

Description:

  • Monthly account reconciliation and journal entry preparation, for example prepaid expense accounts, accruals, deposits, etc.
  • Consistent Concur expense report review and processing
  • Code, verify, audit, and process purchase orders
  • Support with Dynamics 365 system testing and enhancements
  • Assist Finance with special projects
  • Assist in year-end audit requests
  • Act as backup to the other Finance team members
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong ability to multitask and problem solve
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel preferred
  • Results oriented and ability to meet assigned deadlines
  • Experience with general ledger, month-end close, and account analysis a plus
  • Experience in accounting systems a plus

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree in Accounting or a Business degree with a concentration in Accounting

Pay Range
$28-$32 USD

You must be able to connect to a reliable internet service to perform all job duties when working from home. Work authorization is required, and sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

This is a hybrid role, with some days remote and some days on-site (typically 3 per week) in our office at 9127 S. Jamaica St., Englewood, CO 80112. When working in the office, we follow CDC guidelines.
