Job description

The Sales Manager of Fairmont Ramla is responsible for driving revenue through proactive sales efforts in the luxury market, focusing on developing and maintaining relationships with corporate, leisure, group, and MICE clients. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven professional who understands the high standards of luxury hospitality and can effectively position the hotel in a competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new business opportunities and grow existing accounts across assigned segments (corporate, leisure, MICE, group, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, DMCs, and corporate partners.
  • Prepare and execute strategic action plans to achieve individual and team revenue goals.
  • Manage client site inspections, FAM trips, and sales calls to showcase the property’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue and Marketing teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records in the sales CRM (e.g., Delphi, Opera, Salesforce) and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Participate in relevant trade shows, road shows, and networking events to represent the hotel and build brand awareness.
  • Ensure the highest level of professionalism and luxury service when dealing with clients and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Track and manage sales leads and opportunities using CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Salesforce, Delphi).
  • Ensure accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and bookings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or industry certifications (e.g., CHME, CMP) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in sales within the luxury hotel or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, particularly within the luxury market.
    • Strong understanding of the hotel industry, including MICE and leisure segments.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems, hotel sales software (e.g., Opera, Delphi), and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Fluent in English; additional languages are highly desirable.
    • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with excellent problem-solving skills.
