Job Overview The Recruitment Intern will support the recruitment function by managing human resources (HR) related projects, scheduling hiring leader/candidate interviews, completing administrative functions within the department all while receiving support and mentorship in core aspects of recruitment and human resources. Job Expectations: · Coordinates HR projects as assigned · Facilitates the day to day requirements of supporting recruitment specialists and hiring leaders in interview coordination, confirmation and logistics · Provide support and communication with candidates · Ensures outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries Required Qualifications · Current student or recent college grad · Must be majoring in Business or a related field · Basic understanding of employment concepts, laws and regulations · Proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment · Ability to work in an environment with conflicting priorities with high attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through skills · Exceptional communication skills and professional presence · Effective problem solving, process improvement and troubleshooting skills Benefit Overview Fairview offers a generous benefit package including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more! The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
