What you'll do As an RMA Coordinator supporting the EMEA region, you play a key operational role within the Supply Chain Team. You support the efficiency and accuracy of the return and repair process, including receiving, reverse logistics, inventory handling, and customer support. You work under the guidance of the RMA Team Lead and contribute to the daily execution of warehouse, repair, and RMA activities. The day-to-day Support the coordination of customer return shipments, including preparation of return instructions and shipping documentation. Arrange and follow up with freight forwarders on pickup, transit status, and delivery dates. Track inbound return shipments and call out delays or exceptions to the RMA Team Lead. Ensure compliance with packaging, customs, and import/export requirements for returned equipment. Follow up on the return of used or replaced parts until goods receipt and full system closure is completed. Receive faulty equipment into the warehouse and perform accurate inbound processing. Monitor inventory of spares and decommissioned equipment and update records accordingly. Support the scrapping process for decommissioned or beyond‑repair equipment. Perform loading/unloading, order picking, packing, stock counts, and general warehouse tasks as required. Operate a forklift to safely move heavy equipment. Provide first‑line customer support for faulty equipment queries. Act as the initial point of contact for technical issues and reported faults, escalating complex cases to the Team Lead. Read and understand equipment manuals, fault reports, and repair procedures. Perform entry‑level troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic testing of returned equipment. Assist in defining outcomes or possible solutions for faulty/returned units. Prepare shipping documents for outbound repair shipments. Support documentation and updates to repair procedures and work instructions. Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in SAP, Pulse, and other internal systems. Generate RMA reports and operational data as required. Engage with OEMs/vendors regarding warranty claims and repair queries. Support Procurement, Logistics, and Quality teams in communications with suppliers. Collaborate with the RMA Team Lead on recurring technical issues or improvements. Work closely with internal departments to support smooth execution of RMA processes. What you'll need Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in repair management or handling faulty equipment. Knowledge of supply chain operations including reverse logistics, warehousing, purchasing, and logistics. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team. Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. What will help you on the job Experience with SAP ERP. Familiarity with Pulse or similar workflow systems. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. LEAN mindset and continuous improvement experience. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
