Responsibilities WO# tracking (and manual customer experience tracking): key contributor to accurately tracking work orders and troubleshooting issues to ensure a smooth customer experience. Local PUD in Santa Clara for benchtop equipment and/or loaner units from customer site: consistently manage and execute all local pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring timely and secure transport of critical equipment. Loaner utilization tracking in real time: participation in assisting in real-time tracking significantly aids in optimizing the use of valuable loaner units. Calibration Certificates updates utilizing tools: regularly performs updates to essential calibration certificates, which is crucial for compliance and accuracy. Contacting Customers for scheduling: actively engage in contacting customers for scheduling, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills within the team. Client Communication: handles some direct communication with clients, addressing their inquiries and providing updates on calibration processes. This client-facing role is essential for maintaining positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. ETE Maintenance and calibration factor updates in system: a reliable participant in maintaining ETE systems and updating calibration factors, a critical technical aspect of the role. Coordination with Santa Clara Office Facilities/Shipping: consistently coordinate with facilities and shipping, acting as a crucial link to ensure seamless operational flow. Qualifications Required Qualifications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively collaborating with team members, customers, and management, and consistently adhering to the highest standards of business ethics. Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly interface with customers and peers. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while meeting strict performance metrics. Ability to understand project timelines, goals, and processes, and take initiative to drive tasks to completion. Must be located in the Santa Clara, CA area or willing to relocate. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and up to 30 lbs overhead. Willingness and availability to work overtime as required. Flexibility to travel as needed. Valid driver’s license required.
