How you'll make an impact As a Compensation Analyst at Gallagher, you will play a key role in the research, compilation, and analysis of financial and compensation data. You will be an essential contributor to stimulating projects such as pay equity mandates, job evaluations, salary structure development, and incentive plan design. You will also contribute to the development of innovative policies that allow Gallagher to remain at the forefront of compensation practices. What you will do daily •Conduct research to determine comparison group characteristics based on industry, size, and financial performance. •Make benchmark job matching as part of market positioning analyses. •Compile, analyze, and summarize financial and/or compensation data. •Participate in the creation of job evaluation tools and the development of salary structures. •Assess financial and human impacts of proposed compensation structures. •Contribute to pay equity mandates. •Assist in the development of incentive plans and financial simulations. •Draft clear reports to support client decision-making. •Participate in compensation surveys to assess competitive market positioning. About you Your Technical Skills •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or a related field. •Strong Excel skills and interest in further development. •Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. •Excellent French and English, written and spoken.
