Do you want to shape people decisions across the Pacific region by working directly with senior leaders on complex organisational challenges? Aon seeks a People Partner, to based in the Philippines to support Aon Australia. This role exists to improve business performance through high-quality people decisions. As a People Partner, you will work directly with business leaders across Australia to diagnose organisational challenges, shape workforce strategies, and ensure that people interventions translate into measurable business outcomes. You are not delivering HR process alone. You are helping leaders make better decisions about talent, structure, performance and risk. A Day in the Life of This Role While no two days are the same, typical activities include: Partnering with senior leaders to diagnose team or organizational challenges (e.g. performance gaps, capability risks, structural inefficiencies) Coaching managers through complex employee relations situations, balancing risk, fairness and commercial impact Using data and insight (engagement, performance, attrition) to identify trends and recommend action Supporting organizational changes such as restructures, role design or workforce planning Challenging and refining hiring decisions to ensure alignment to capability needs Working with Centers of Excellence to deploy solutions (reward, talent, learning) that directly address business priorities How This Opportunity Is Different This role is differentiated by the level of influence and impact you are expected to have on business decisions. You will work directly with senior leaders across Aon Australia, shaping how they approach talent, structure and performance—rather than simply supporting HR processes.
