You will… Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential customers; Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters; Seek opportunities for customer base growth; Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services; Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements; Collect payments from customers at the time of service, if applicable; Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/ reschedule services, prioritize work and arrange service calls as necessary; …And serve as a key member of the branch team! Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old, no experience in pest control necessary High School Diploma/GED Valid driver’s license Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen. Physical Demands / Working Environment: Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations : Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
