Purpose of the Position:
- This is a role of a Standard auditor/Field consultant across Italy. Conduct audits at the authorized dealer workshop network, also providing the client with all information and data resulting from the audit result in a specific report. Monitor the progress of the objectives of the authorized workshops.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to the audit plan originally agreed upon with the customer
- Regularly transmit to the customer all requested information on the audits performed Inform the customer in a timely manner of any changes to the agreed upon plan
- Propose improvements to the process/procedure to make it more effective through an action plan shared with the dealer
- Evaluate the customer's proposals for new audit procedures to be implemented before their acceptance
- Collect all data useful for the purpose of the action plan.
