Job description

To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by developing and implementing the Wellness strategy and supporting the team in all wellness related responsibilities and requirements.

  • Assist the Aesthetic Doctor in performing medical aesthetic procedures including injectables, laser treatments, and other approved services.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure all procedures are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care for guests, ensuring comfort, safety, and clear aftercare instructions.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards in all clinical areas.
  • Monitor and record guest medical histories, treatment details, and progress in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and organise clinical supplies, perform stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing treatment records, preparing reports, and coordinating guest communications.
  • Assist in organising and documenting team training, ensuring staff competency and compliance with protocols.
  • Coordinate between the aesthetic team and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless guest flow and accurate information sharing.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities by preparing materials, assisting with photoshoots, and providing treatment knowledge when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, medical regulations, and safety protocols at all times.
  • Undertake additional tasks or projects assigned by the Wellness Director or Aesthetic Doctor to support the success of the department and business objectives.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
  • Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Generally requires 2+ years of Wellness, Hospital or clinical experience, frequently with a focus in dermatology, or dermatology-related fields.
  • Proficiency in cosmetic injectables (neurotoxins/fillers).
  • Skilled in needle injections, laser safety, and patient assessment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail for precise, safe, and effective procedures.
  • Excellent communication to build rapport with guests and manage expectations.
