KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive new business growth by identifying and developing promising prospects
• Conduct in-depth consultations to assess client needs and recommend optimal insurance products
• Sell and cross-sell a comprehensive suite of insurance solutions, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring policy optimization
• Consistently exceed sales targets to drive both personal and agency-wide success
• Stay informed about insurance products and industry regulations
• Utilize CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and managing policy renewals
• Collaborate in team meetings and contribute to broader agency growth strategies

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in outbound sales and closing new business
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual skills are a strong asset
