¿Cuál será tu misión?
Serás el enlace clave entre negocio y tecnología, colaborando con stakeholders, usuarios y equipos Scrum para asegurar que el producto entregue valor real y esté alineado con los objetivos estratégicos.
Responsabilidades
- Levantar y documentar requerimientos de negocio
- Crear, definir y priorizar historias de usuario
- Gestionar y mantener el backlog del producto
- Participar y liderar ceremonias Scrum (dailys, plannings, refinamientos, reviews)
- Traducir necesidades del negocio en requerimientos técnicos claros
- Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo
Requisitos
- +1 año de experiencia trabajando con equipos de desarrollo de software
- +1 año de experiencia creando historias de usuario
- Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum)
- Capacidad de análisis y comunicación efectiva
- Inglés intermedio-Avanzado
Modalidad de trabajo
- Esquema híbrido: 3 días en oficina / 2 días home office
