Job description
- Manage incoming customer inquiries (email, phone, chat, digital platforms) and update information in the CRM system (SAP)
- Handle direct sales by phone of consumables, accessories, and webshop instruments (Snap, DMA 35, ViscoQC, etc.)
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting calls based on defined campaigns, particularly in high-impact markets (MFI)
- Identify new business opportunities and qualify leads from the website, chat, and digital platforms
- Prepare and follow up on quotations in close cooperation with the field sales team
- Follow up on invitations (technical days, workshops, webinars, etc.) and manage resulting leads
- Collaborate with the field sales team to implement joint commercial activities and achieve targets
- Continuously train on Anton Paar products and measurement techniques to provide accurate and professional customer advice
- Occasionally participate in trade fairs
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/3) in business, management, or sales
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in inside sales, B2B prospecting, or sales support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus, and persuasive ability
- Proficiency in CRM systems (SAP) and standard office tools
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and good prioritization
- Professional level of English preferred
