Job description

  • Actively develop the customer portfolio by identifying new business opportunities
  • Understand specific customer needs and propose suitable solutions in extrusion and compounding
  • Conduct technical demonstrations and provide first-level support
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with our factory in Germany and the team in Austria to achieve your targets
  • Proven sales experience (minimum 3 years), ideally in the field of materials, quality control, or industrial processes
  • Strong ability to develop a network and successfully close deals
  • Strong drive for sales challenges and ability to work independently in developing your territory
  • Solid technical skills to engage with expert-level stakeholders
  • Fluent English required for international communication
  • Willingness to travel frequently within France and occasionally abroad
  • Valid driver’s license
