Job description
- Actively develop the customer portfolio by identifying new business opportunities
- Understand specific customer needs and propose suitable solutions in extrusion and compounding
- Conduct technical demonstrations and provide first-level support
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with our factory in Germany and the team in Austria to achieve your targets
- Proven sales experience (minimum 3 years), ideally in the field of materials, quality control, or industrial processes
- Strong ability to develop a network and successfully close deals
- Strong drive for sales challenges and ability to work independently in developing your territory
- Solid technical skills to engage with expert-level stakeholders
- Fluent English required for international communication
- Willingness to travel frequently within France and occasionally abroad
- Valid driver’s license
