Job description
- Coordination and disciplinary leadership of production shift teams
- Interface between teams, quality assurance, and production management
- Ensuring compliance with defined quality standards, safety regulations, and internal guidelines
- Active involvement in a production area (machining or sheet metal processing)
- Reporting, documenting, and tracking deviations, as well as contributing to process improvements
- Point of contact for technical issues with production machinery
- Active support in optimizing all production processes
- Completed technical training, preferably in machining or sheet metal processing
- Working hours: 14:30 to 22:30 (daily)
- Leadership skills, organizational talent, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Independent working style, commitment, and team spirit

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications; for this position, it typically starts at €3,416 gross per month (excluding overtime).
