Job description

Day to day duties will include but are not limited to: 

  • Provide comprehensive PA support to senior legal team members, including complex diary management and scheduling
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and supporting documentation
  • Act as the first point of contact for the legal team, managing queries efficiently and professionally
  • Manage shared mailboxes, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation where required
  • Prepare, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and legal documents
  • Support the contract lifecycle process, including tracking, filing, and administrative coordination
  • Arrange travel, meetings, and associated logistics
  • Assist with policy management, record keeping, audits and information requests 
  • Support the effective use of technology including AI-enabled tools and digital systems to improve efficiency and consistency across the wider legal team. 
  • Previous experience as a Legal Administrator, PA, or similar administrative role (legal environment preferred)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • 22 days’ holiday per year (increasing to 25 after 1 year of service)
