Devoteam Cyber Trust | IAM Engineer (Azure) | Retail & E-commerce Sector

Professional with solid experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a strong focus on hybrid environments integrating on-premises Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).

 

Role:

• Ensure the secure and efficient administration of identities and access, contributing to the continuity and security of critical authentication and authorization services.

Requirements:

• Administer and support on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

• Manage identity synchronization through Azure AD Connect

• Implement and maintain Conditional Access policies, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)

• Support and optimize the identity lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)

• Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to define access control policies

• Ensure compliance with security and audit standards

• Document IAM processes, procedures, and configurations

 

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in administering Active Directory (on-prem) and Entra ID / Azure AD

• Knowledge of authentication protocols (Kerberos, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)

• Experience configuring and managing Azure AD Connect

• Strong PowerShell skills for automation

• Familiarity with Conditional Access, MFA, and PIM

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and identity integrations

• Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust) is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft certifications such as SC-300, AZ-104, or SC-900

• Experience in medium to large-scale hybrid environments

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
