Building Services Officer

Grade 3- £29436-£31158pa We are looking for a Building Services Officer to work 36 hours per week between 7am and 10.30pm (by rota and depending on meetings taking place within the building) We are responsible for the 9 buildings, deliveries, room set-ups and minor maintenance including toilets and lighting. We have daily interactions with Senior Management, Councillors, Public, Staff and Contractors and need to ensure the buildings and content are fit for purpose and if needed fix it when it’s not
