About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll deliver exceptional service across reception, hospitality, and event support. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, takes pride in high standards, and brings warmth and professionalism to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Reception
- Provide a polished, professional welcome to all visitors.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with confidence and clarity.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings using the UMA system.
- Maintain immaculate reception, lobby, meeting room, and cloakroom areas.
Operations & Event Support
- Set up and reset meeting rooms, including manual handling of furniture (tables, chairs, partition walls).
- Deliver AV and technical support for meetings and events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post.
- Provide administrative support such as scanning and data collation.
Hospitality & Pantry Management
- Prepare and serve lunches and event catering to a high standard.
- Maintain kitchen and pantry cleanliness, including dishwasher operation and clearing service items.
- Conduct weekly stock counts, place orders, and process invoices.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations (including fridge temperature logs).
Hours: 40 hours per week, Rotational shifts (7am–4pm, 9am–6pm, or 10am–7pm) Monday - Friday. Candidates must be flexible to meet business needs, including occasional weekend coverage.
Salary: £27,976 per annum
