Architect - Industrial projects

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Architect with 5+ years of professional experience to join our Mumbai office. The candidate will be responsible for design development, coordination with consultants, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, design sensibility, and the ability to manage project deliverables efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept to detailed design stages
• Prepare and review drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR), and statutory requirements
• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during construction
• Review contractor drawings and material submittals
• Support senior architects in project management and delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Registration with Council of Architecture (COA)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution
• Strong understanding of Indian building codes and approval processes

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and MS Office
• Good knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects
