About the role
Job SummaryThis role plays key role in after market and provides advanced technical support to the sales team and clients, ensuring that complex customer requirements are met with tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Expand motor service business in China, formulate strategic development direction, select basic customers through market analysis and identification of key customers
- Lead technical discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through technical excellence.
- Stay informed on industry trends and innovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- 5+ years relevant working experiences as a sales at after market, with experience in motor service business is preferred.
- Good knowledge of traction motor, generator, and other rotating equipment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles.
- Proficiency in CRM and engineering tools.
