As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of the hotel and the first impression for every guest. You’ll create a welcoming, seamless arrival and departure experience while delivering thoughtful, personalized service that reflects the unique spirit of our property.Job Description
What You’ll Do
Create Memorable Guest Experiences
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently while personalizing each interaction
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and the Central West End neighborhood
- Anticipate guest needs and go beyond expectations to deliver standout service
Drive Service Excellence
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with care and ownership
- Deliver thoughtful service recovery to ensure guest satisfaction
- Support a culture of hospitality by embracing our GUEST service model:
- Greet warmly
- Use the guest’s name
- Establish needs
- Solve and own requests
- Thank every guest
Support Hotel Operations
- Process reservations, updates, and cancellations accurately
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and accountability
- Promote room upgrades and services to enhance the guest experience
- Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Be a Team Player
- Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Assist with concierge-style services, guest tours, and special requests
- Step in where needed to support the team and hotel operations

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay composed and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy with transactions and systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical & Technical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods at the front desk
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds when needed
- Proficiency with computers and reservation systems
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
