About the Role:
The Graphic Designer combines creativity and technical skills to produce expertly crafted work. They operate efficiently, ensuring the accuracy of designs in the final stages of development. They are able to provide design perspectives to help execute creative across a variety of platforms. They are detail-driven, organized, high-level communicator with a willingness to evolve as technology reshapes our industry.
The Graphic Designer will handle projects that primarily require the use Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, and Microsoft Word, through all phases of the design process.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with various design tasks, such as developing layouts, templates, resizing or cropping images, retouching, compressing, or converting files across multiple software programs (web/mobile/print).
- Work with various teams to interpret and transform raw data into clear and compelling charts, graphs, icons, graphics and other visual representations to convey information in an easily digestible format
- Collaborate to gather necessary information, clarify design requirements, and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure designs align with client branding guidelines.
- Perform thorough quality assurance assessments on designs to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines before final delivery
- Address client feedback professionally and make necessary revisions to address requested changes.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Manage design file organization
What You’ll Need
- 3-5 years of experience as a designer
- Self-starting, organized, detail-oriented person with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) as well as MS PowerPoint and MS Word
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Knowledge of After Effects is a plus
- Understanding of color management, print quality management and industry standard printing methods
- Understanding of digital file development and production
